So, I noticed I talk so much about what I snack on and what I eat out that you (my lovely readers) don't know how my actual meals are like.
Well, let's tackle on that for today's post!
My mom used to be a caterer and I took after her love for cooking. Therefore, I learned at a very young age.
When I'm in Saudi, I have the freedom to express myself because my dormitory doesn't allow us to cook in our rooms.
Anyway, I digress...
Breakfast!
The most important meal of the day~
Breakfast: Felafel, grilled chicken with tzatziki sauce, baked potato, assorted veggies and mango for dessert.
Lunch~
Lunch: Spicy fried rice, veggie spring rolls, fish paste (nam prik), sausage, boiled egg cured in soy sauce, toast, yoghurt, and apple
Dinner~
Quite similar to lunch
Dinner: Ginger fried rice, boiled egg cured in soy sauce, menudo, Thai sweet sausage, fish paste (Nam Prik), assorted veggies and fruits for dessert
They do look a lot for one person.
However, this was a meal that was either shared with my dad or the unfinished food will be leftovers for tomorrow's meal.

Looks great. Wish I could try some of it..
