So, when I got back to Thailand from Saudi, I went straight to Khon Kaen after arriving in Bangkok.
I stayed there for a few days. Before I left Khon Kaen to go back to Bangkok, my family and I went to the market to purchase some souvenirs!
But firstly, the most important meal of the day~ breakfast!
Is som tam for breakfast okay? Sure, if you brush your teeth afterwards
Som Tam Poo Para (Thai Papaya Salad with crab and fermented shrimp paste)
After we ate, we headed out to the market~
My grandmother gave me lotus seeds from our farm to snack on as we walked around.

Alas!
We have arrived at the market. We need refreshments!
This is my aunt's favourite stall. She's a regular customer but I wonder why she hasn't befriended the seller yet but I guess that doesn't matter as long as we get our drink.

Might I add, she also sells sweetened sticky rice that has been flavoured with coconut. It's delicious if you haven't tried it yet!
